I don't know if it'll be that far out.  I know work is furiously apace on the website, such that we're starting to talk about the kickstarter.  I don't want to put any dates on this because 1) I'm not the guy running the show and 2) roadblocks can pop up that delay things (and we're all working on this in our spare time).

I know it probably won't be, but if I prepare for it to be that long, then I'll be happy when it comes earlier.  :)

Just to echo what Corey said...

We have a new website that is almost ready to launch.  It's taken way too long, of course, but I still think it would be a very bad idea to launch a KS with an uneditable website (read: one that would have no content for the Kickstarter products!).  I think we're literally within a week or two of putting up the new site.

Kaile is only here one day a week, which means that rulebook layout can only go so fast.  We'll launch before the rulebook is ready for print but not before she and Corey are 100% clear on what needs to be done so she can give a rock-solid timeline.
