As someone who wasn't around at the time to support the kickstarter and therefore did not follow up on the subsequent comments, I wasn't aware of this. I look forward to seeing what happens in future!

Some of the information is already in the public domain...

Yeah, we know. We're not exactly keeping it a secret from the Battleground community (or, really, in general).  We're just not screaming it from the rooftops.

Yet.

That Boardgamegeek thread is mine  ::)
I went from the fact that the Kickstarter update is basically open information, but it is still only a rough outline.

So patiently waiting for more information. Keep it up guys!!!

Yeah it's no problem if this information leaks a little bit.  It's inevitable seeing as how I've been talking with a couple of distributors recently.  As they have their sales people reach out to vendors, word is obviously going to get out.

In fact, we're simply waiting on those distributors to finalize their initial orders.  We want our press release to link people (customers & vendors) to exactly where to go to get YMg product.

That's big news, didn't noticed the update (as a late-KS backer, I don't get update notifications) very happy to read this. Best of luck to Chad for his new business, and very happy new blood will take care of Battleground. It's a great game and would had been sad to see it disappear. As I always stated, while it's main point is the convenience of playing a miniature wargame without miniatures, Battleground is a system so good that should appeal even to those not reluctant to using miniatures, Battleground  deserve a wider player base, including those actually playing with miniatures.
So best of luck to the new management, ganbatte-ne!

The article at top stated OGRE was released in June but I never receive my two copies.
Is that still being shipped or can I get an update?
Thanks
