Pretty sure what Brook did to your Wuxing army counts as a dick pic in most states.  ;)

That was consensual dammit!

The official events listings have been posted here:

http://www.totalcon.com/events/Events2016.pdf

The Friday night event will be located in the Ballroom, which is where it was last year.  Table(s) 10.  FYI the Ballroom is basically the big game room near the end of the corridor.  On the map below it's listed as the Buckingham room:

It was great seeing some of you on Friday night.  I may have to make plans to attend next year.

Hey guys, sorry I took so long posting these pics.  We had 4 players plus myself (as a ringer) for Friday night so the campaign was pretty casual.  Dave asked if he could play his Amazons and since Brook and I had already seen them in the past we put it to a vote and everybody approved.  Then Eric wanted to play his Egyptian themed home brew which we had also seen in action so why not?  Eric had to leave to play an event after the first game so I stepped in for game 2 vs. Dave's Amazons.  He may want to write a report of this game and I'll include the game pics I got for him down thread.  Manny (mjungledog) also dropped by for a bit and it was nice to catch up with him.

Standings:
Brook (Men Hawkshold) 2-1
Eric (Egyptians) 1-0
Dave (Amazons) 1-2
Carl (High Elves) 0-3*
Marcus (Rome) 1-0**

*Carl played nice in the demo game so he could really have been 1-2 if he wanted to.

**Since Eric had to leave I stepped in to play against Dave's Amazons in the second round though I wasn't an official participant.

So Congratulations to Brook for winning the Campaign with his trusty Hawks!  And both Dave and Eric got some valuable playtesting in with their developing factions against quality opponents.  Not to mention the wacky demo game where I talked Carl's friend into taking a T-Rex ("Just trust me on this, you'll have fun!").  A good time all around.  Thanks for participating guys!

Carl (High Elves) vs. Dave (Amazons homebrew)

Same room, different angle.  You can see our gaming area next to the wall on the left.

Demo game between Carl (High Elves) and a friend of his (Lizardmen) who's name I can't recall.  Carl was really sporting to let his buddy run a demo game but it was the full deal complete with a T-Rex and fun was had by all.

Some general convention shots

The Force was Strong with these ones

Brook and I stayed with my Mom and her husband Rick who lived 40 minutes away.  Rick works close by and I told them they should stop by and check out the convention.  They had never seen a gaming convention before and where quite impressed!

A Star Wars space combat game of some sort.  Some nice ship minis here.

Battletech!

Really wild jungle themed fantasy minis game

Close up shot of the same game.  Gorillas and stuff!

Rachel hard at work

Dave was so into his game against Kevin that he had no idea that I was using his hoodie as a trash recepticle.  After the game he promptly found me at the hotel restaraunt and stuffed most of it down the back of my shirt.

We had a rules question concerning back up units that popped up and I took a picture of it to remind myself.  Good thing I did because now I totally forgot what that question was!  Do you remember what it was Dave?
