I'm trying to work out a way to come.  It's not really finances or vacation as much as a pain to drive like a million miles.  I'll definitely have to choose between this and Totalcon, since I don't envision doing it more than once a year.

I really like the campaign idea.  How do you choose what side you are, you just make it up?

Marcus:  Chaotic Good
Brook:  Lawful Good
Dave:  Lawful Evil
Tim: Chaotic Evil  (I don't really think me and Dave are evil, but had to pick someone)

Well, it would be good to see you at Council Tim. So I hope you can make it.  How is it out there anyways?

So, will the Colts make it to the playoffs this year?  Me thinks.......YES.  If my team has a average defense, then I think they will make it also, even with the hardest schedule in the NFL.

Where's this shade, that you got it made?

Tim, I'm pretty sure you know that you are welcome to share a room with us if you can make it.

Well, last I looked, Colts are still in the AFC South, so I like our chances.

I'm looking at flights into Albany, I'm going to assume someone could pick me up and drop me off at the airport.  (Dave/Marcus/Brook)  The prices don't actually seem horrible, for what I'm assuming is a pretty small airport.

Where are you living these days, Tim?  Doesn't seem like that bad a drive from Pennsylvania.

Ack!  :(

Hey, maybe he's within range of Mike (gull2112) who lives in Minnesota...?

I'd say he's at least 3-4 hours away from Mike

Where in WI is he? My mom lives in Spring Valley, which is by Baldwin, about an hour from my house. We could hook up and throw down there, as well as carpool to conventions. I'm retired, so my schedule is a little more open than some. I don't know if driving is timely enough for Tim.

Janesville, which is South of Madison and not too far from the Illinois border.  Interestingly, it's only about an hour from Waukesha where I used to live.

I took a quick glance at a map and determined Baldwin is pretty far away, laugh.

It'd be like a 14 hour drive to Schenectady, and I think I could get a flight for $300, which I'd probably pay in gas, so driving to an east coast con is probably out.  Well, unless you have a van or something and I can sleep the whole way, laugh.

Yeah, Baldwin would be just possible to do in a day, but I'm sure you'll have to be a bit more jonesin' for a game before that happens. But if the mood ever strikes, or you find your way to the Twin Cities, don't hesitate to ask, we'll make something happen.

The fam and I are heading up to Duluth the weekend of Council, so no chance anyway, this year. Perhaps in February and maybe we might even be able to talk James into joining us. I got an F-150 crew cab, so somebody could be really comfortable in back, whilst somebody drives and somebody gets shotgun (Crossbow?).

Think about it!

Hello there ladies and germs.  Kevin and I are working stuff out for the Saturday/Sunday campaign event.  My question is this - would anybody be interested in participating in a Friday late afternoon or evening event?  If so, what kind of event?  Big game?  Mini tourney?  Something Else?  I'm willing to run something if there is a demand for it.

Laurie and I plan to be there Friday afternoon, I'd be up for almost anything (except tourney).  If not it'll give me a chance to try some of the other games offered there.  Don't know how well I'll play after that long drive up tho, so don't expect great things  ;)
